The Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is the mandatory entry-level exam for the Company Secretary (CS) course in India, conducted by the ICSI. It is held quarterly (Jan, May, July, Nov) in a remote-proctored mode, open to 12th-pass or appearing students. The upcoming October 2026 session registration is open until June 30, 2026.

    • Eligibility: 12th Passed/Appearing (All streams, including Commerce, Science, Arts).
    • Subjects: Business Communication, Legal Aptitude & Logical Reasoning, Economic & Business Environment, and Current Affairs.
  • Exam Structure: Objective-type (MCQ) for 200 marks, plus a 20-minute Viva Voce for presentation skills.
